Bummer Days are here again

yup... i'm officially a BUM... a fresh grduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Makati Medical Center who just had her licensure exam and of course awaiting for the license... and now i could say... I'm officially... UNEMPLOYED... yup my most dreaded word to describe myself... never did I ever imagine i would describe myself as such... since during my grade school and high school days i was thinking that after a pre-med course I would go directly to med school... thanks to the "i need to concentrate in passing the NLE" and of course my dearest best friend who encouraged me not first to venture into med school...

i did not know that this.... this is what it is to be UNEMPLOYED and eventhough i want to work or find work with my buddies who are actually planning to... I know I wouldn't be hired... why?

1. I'm not that much interested to work now...
2. I'm just going to accept a 3 month contract since I have to find a med school and review for NMAT
3. which company would accept a 3 month contract and a week leave on August?

Those are my reasons... call it rationalization or intellectualization i dn't care but hey... they're valid (especially the last 2 reasons i have...

right now all i have in my head is plan to go out & have fun with friends... go out of town, out of the country... anywhere... even if its just around the corner... hehehe... well i'm really... really not in the right mind & heart to work... since i know after this long vacation... it's game time in med school... no more relax modes... just plain ole commitment... :D
